The dwarf tagetes is an annual plant that produces flowers in a variety of colors, from yellow to orange to red.
It blooms from June to September and reaches a height of 20 cm. Perfect for container gardening.
Its flowers are ideal for borders and rock gardens. Native to Central America, it is well adapted to outdoor cultivation.
Sow in April to small pots and from mid-May into the open field. Frost-free cultivation is necessary. Attention: Snails can cause damage. Tagetes may not only be used as a garden bed plant, but also strategically planted between vegetables for when soil is depleted.
